This is a cancer registry managed by a non-government group. We are collecting this information to share within our community and to support or supplement a future commissioned study by proper authorities. Registration is voluntary.
If you or a family member are/were part of the AEW&C community and have/had a diagnosed cancer, blood, or autoimmune disorder we encourage you to register. This information will help raise awareness within and outside of the Hawkeye | Sentry community and help inform those formerly or currently serving about the risks.
